The project involves building a comprehensive banking infrastructure for a challenger bank to serve underbanked regions globally, starting from scratch by recruiting 120 personnel and defining a new, compliant technology platform and operational model.
Synopsis
This initiative supports a challenger bank’s mission to provide financial services in frontier and developing economies by establishing a robust, multi-jurisdictional banking infrastructure, incorporating advanced AI risk profiling, and building a team to execute a regulatory-compliant technology solution.
The Challenge
A Challenger wants to provide Banking in Frontier and Developing World economies for the under banked across Africa, Middle East, Americas and Asia.
One of the core principles for the challenger bank is to improve the regulatory landscape, incorporating enhanced AI risk profiling solutions in high risk locations.

The initial phase was the recruitment of 120 FTE and consultants consisting of 3 phases:
- Full Talent as a Service (TaaS) and HR as a Service (HRaaS) implementation.
- Full Recruitment Solution initially for x60 permanent hires:

‐Cross Reality UX
- Full Recruitment Solution for Interim Technology hires for x60 contractors.
- Define a new Global Banking Infrastructure Platform from scratch. This includes:
- Discovery Phase to define the vision, technology solutions, licensing, services, project plan and resourcing model.
- Business Analysis & Configuration of the technology solution including the definition of the 3rd Party Ecosystem
