The project involves building a comprehensive banking infrastructure for a challenger bank to serve underbanked regions globally, starting from scratch by recruiting 120 personnel and defining a new, compliant technology platform and operational model.

This initiative supports a challenger bank’s mission to provide financial services in frontier and developing economies by establishing a robust, multi-jurisdictional banking infrastructure, incorporating advanced AI risk profiling, and building a team to execute a regulatory-compliant technology solution.
