Head of Financial Control and HR
Emily Townsend has been successful in running Accounts Receivable and Credit Control departments previously to joining Agilesphere in 2015. She joined as a Business Manager to oversee and run the Operations and Finance Departments ensuring processes were put in place and the rhythm of the business was established with month end processes and onboarding of new employees and associates.
Since joining Agilesphere, Emily has moved into her role as Head of Financial Control and HR by achieving a Level 3- Human Resources Associate CIPD qualification and is currently studying for her Bookkeeping Level 2 Qualification to further her knowledge within Finance. She has built HR policies and implemented systems to enhance the employee experience and overall productivity of the business.
