Business Development Director

James Skudder has worked in the Recruitment Industry for 21 years and has a wealth of experience across multiple industries and sectors. He initially joined the recruitment industry as a Business Development Manager to act as a client focal point for various PSL clients and he has always maintained this client focus. He has always been a dedicated business developer and supplier of recruitment solutions to clients, ranging from individual recruitment assignments through PSL status clients, managed campaigns up to and including multi million pound Managed Service Programmes and RPO’s.

James has worked for various Recruitment Suppliers including establishing his own recruitment brand J4A Recruitment.  This was created to focus on a more quality driven recruitment approach rather than the larger corporate CV machines in the recruitment business. This business was developed over a three year period before being acquired in 2015.

James joined Agilesphere, now Fimatix in May 2019 to supplement the recruitment function and to work on Business Development in the GovTech and Private Sector spaces.  He is now leading the Recruitment Division into its next phase of delivering quality People as a Service offerings to the market. These include Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Managed Service Provision (including IR35) and HR as a Service.
