Marta is a management consultant with over 20 years of experience within the financial markets. Prior to working in the consulting industry, she managed financial derivatives desks supporting trading of structured derivatives, commodities, inflation products and interest rate derivatives in London.
Since joining the world of consulting, she has worked at Deloitte, Capco, First Derivative and Nfq Advisory for international financial institutions, where she has used her skills to create shared service centres (utilities) in Consortium for new generation of platforms for Investment Banking of the future. In addition to this she has lead design phases of front-to-back-to-risk platforms implementations, and also delivered a transfer of Structured Notes Issuance process from Treasury Group Jersey to Investment Banking in London, re-engineered business processes impacted by global data transformation, and designed operating models for new financial products.
Marta is passionate about entrepreneurship. Back in 2016 she took part in product development and sales activities of real estate derivatives asset class. Then, in 2017 she co-founded and run an asset management company trading energy Futures contracts, which attracted an acquisition offer from a boutique Investment Banking firm based in London and Singapore.
Marta is now working at Fimatix as Head of Banking Platforms.
