Simon has extensive experience across financial services, security and Government sectors, with a track record of successfully innovating and delivering complex digital and business solutions. He has a Law Enforcement background, having spearheaded a business and technology change solutions portfolio of 30+ systems and products to transform the TOM for a national Law Enforcement organisation, delivering over £300m of savings. He has also established the design and delivery planning for a leading Bank’s global financial crime programme, and successfully recovered a failing £500m outsourced ITO/BPO business for the UK’s largest challenger bank. In the defence sector, he led all planning, delivery performance, capability and risk reporting for an outsourced global £2bn global network ITO contract.
